i'm a graphic designer/photographer. love the pup, and the hubby. btw, the hubby and i quit smoking 6 months ago... yippee!! =) but now, we're putting on the pounds without the cokes and smokes of yesterday, sigh. i'm starting to feel like i'm in the best health i've been in for a long time, except i don't fit any of my clothes! i've always been that skinny girl everybody hates b/c i could eat anything and not work out. now i'm 31 and don't have tons of chemicals in me and have gone from a 0/1 to a 4/6ish. considering i've been a 0ish for the last 17 years, it's a little challenging. i eat relatively healthy and am starting to walk with the dog regularly (1.5mi ) as well as row on our water rower (~2500m ). the pedometer is helping track my steps- i'm only at about 5500 steps a day. i hope to at least double these distances in the next 4-6 months, tone up and fit some of my clothes a little better. i don't think i'm fat, i just want to get more fit.
